The legendary mixed martial arts fighter Fedor Emelianenko spoke about what worries him in Russian society.

"There are many things that worry Russian society. I try to look at it all as a Christian believer. Of course, it's hard to see when they justify abortions, murders and some unbridled situations.

When one looks at one situation - some can and others cannot. One gets away with it and the other gets a real sentence for the same act. The further one gets away with it, the more so.

As international politics in such double standards, for some reason this is becoming more and more apparent in our country, in Russia. You know, the further away from Moscow, from big cities, the more ordinary people are, the closer to each other.

Examples of double standards? Yes, there are examples, I don't want to explain. There are a lot of examples, go to the news and read them. Someone called so-and-so, but no big deal, it is not in an official conversation. And then called the other way - and got a real sentence," said Emelianenko.
