Joshua: "Fury refuses to fight, always making things up"

Anthony Joshua (24-1, 21 KOs) is pleased with Tyson Fury (30-0-1, 21 KOs)'s announcement that he is ready to have two unification fights with him next year. However, AJ notes that those duels may well not happen.

"We've all known Fury for a long time, he's always coming up with something," Joshua said. "It's nice to know your opponent, so I follow his actions. But he often refuses to fight. Even with Wilder it happened."

"I wish him luck, we'll meet at some point. When he's ready, I'll be waiting," added the WBA, WBO and IBF heavyweight champion, who was scheduled to fight "The King of Gypsy" in August. Now Joshua is scheduled to face Oleksandr Usyk (18-0, 13 KOs) on September 25.
