Poirier: "Keep improving and follow your dreams!"

Former UFC interim lightweight champion Dustin Poirier wrote a motivational post on his Instagram.

"Two years ago I was heartbroken and unsure of my future. Today, I'm getting ready to make sure I don't miss my chance to win the championship belt. Keep improving and follow your dream! Let others have their doubts."

As a reminder, Poirier is the No. 1 ranked lightweight and is scheduled to face reigning lightweight champion Charles Oliveira in December.
