Former UFC interim lightweight belt holder Justin Gaethje explained why the promotion's former two-division champion Conor McGregor would not agree to fight him.
"I don't think he'll fight me. If he does have one or two fights, it won't be against guys like me. It's going to be fighters like Nate Diaz or Jorge Masvidal - convenient opponents," Gaethje told ESPN.
McGregor lost on July 11 at UFC 264 by TKO to Dustin Poirier, breaking his leg in the first round.
