Manny Pacquiao (62-8-2, 39 KOs) admitted in an interview with The Athletic that he is considering a rematch in January against his Saturday night opponent Yordenis Ugas (27-4, 12 KOs).
"Ugas has been one of the easiest opponents I've faced in my career. Ugas is a very one sided boxer and I had to avoid his attacks easily... you saw how I moved in the previous fights. In this one I couldn't... My legs didn't listen to me, from the second round my muscles started to cramp," the Filipino commented on his performance.
"I'm thinking about a rematch because I can't believe that one of the easiest opponents in my career did this to me," the 42-year-old Pacquiao said.
Yordenis Ugas said immediately after his victory over Pacquiao on Saturday that he was ready for a second fight with the famous rival. "Such a legend deserves it," the Cuban said.
