Emelianenko explains why his next fights will be by boxing rules, not MMA

MMA fighter Alexander Emelianenko of Russia commented on the fact that his next three fights will be held by the rules of boxing rather than mixed martial arts.

"Why boxing and not MMA? I don't know, I don't pick the rules. I don't care what rules to fight by. I'm a good puncher, although I'm a fighter myself. That's the choice of my opponents," the fighter stated.

Emelianenko fights Artem Tarasov in September, in October-November he should meet JeeGun and Datsik, and in December - Vladimir Mineyev.
