UFC President Dana White spoke out about the organization's former lightweight champion Khabib Nurmagomedov. The functionary noted that Khabib was gone forever and would never return to the octagon.
“I have dropped all hopes, and I advise you to do so. Khabib left. Trust me, I tried my best. I tried to persuade him to stay, but he finished. Khabib becomes a coach. He went through his entire career undefeated and left undefeated. Now Khabib is an undefeated coach,” Dana White said.
Khabib announced the end of his fighting career back in October last year.
