Diaz vs Lawler is officially announced

The fight of two MMA veterans Nick Diaz and Robbie Lawler was officially announced. It will take place on September 25 at T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas and will be the third fight of the main card at 266th UFC tournament. It also became known that the fight will be five rounds. Only for the second time in the history of the promotion, the non-title and undercard fight will be scheduled for five rounds. The first such fight was the battle of Nate Diaz and Leon Edwards.

The fighters met in 2004, and then Diaz won by knockout.
