Joshua's duel against Usyk may take place on August 21 or 28

According to Mike Coppinger of The Athletics, August 21 and 28 are potential dates for the fight of Anthony Joshua (24-1, 22 KOs) and Alexander Usyk (18-0, 13 KOs).

Joshua's team still hopes they can manage to make the unification fight with Tyson Fury (30-0-1, 21 KOs) scheduled for August 14, but if King of the Gypsies chooses the trilogy with Deontay Wilder (42-1-1, 41 KOs), AJ crosses gloves with Usyk.

Alexander Usyk has been a mandatory contender for Anthony Joshua's WBO belt since his transition to the heavyweights.
