Gadzhiev admits the return of Khabib

The head of AMC Fight Nights Kamil Gadzhiev admitted that Khabib Nurmagomedov could resume his career.

“I think that Dana White will certainly return to this conversation after a while. Khabib will still be at the forefront, will come to tournaments. Somewhere in some semi-serious or serious form, this conversation will come up anyway. White just drew some line under a lot of news that has been out in recent times.

"But I am sure that after a while they will return to this conversation. I admit that Khabib can return to MMA - he will take it one fine moment and want to experience these emotions again. But if we talk about common sense, there is no particular sense in this, Khabib got his place in the history of world MMA once and for all, and preparation for a fight takes quite a lot of time,” Gadzhiev said.

Today Nurmagomedov confirmed that he will not return to the octagon any more. The 32-year-old Russian had his last fight in October last year, defeating Justin Gaethje by submission.
