Floyd Mayweather Jr. is open to working with WBA, WBO and IBF heavyweight champion Anthony Joshua (24-1, 22 KOs). The former king of the P4P rankings even says he will be happy to help the Briton prepare for the unification fight with WBC champion Tyson Fury (30-0-1, 21 KOs).

“I would like to start working with Joshua soon, we are in constant contact, we communicate with each other,” said Floyd, who was a special guest at the December fight of Joshua and Kubrat Pulev.

“I met Tyson Fury several times. He's a great, interesting guy. I like it when he sings after the fights. I seem to have seen two of his fights against Wilder. Joshua has a lot of experience, like Fury, but I think the defeat made Joshua stronger. This fight is an interesting confrontation, there is nothing unambiguous in boxing. They are both great athletes. But as I said, I am looking forward to meeting and working with Anthony Joshua,” Mayweather said.

The confrontation of Anthony Joshua and Tyson Fury is expected at the turn of June and July, probably in one of the countries of the Middle East.
