"Is this a champion?" Nate Diaz criticizes Khabib

The famous American UFC fighter Nate Diaz spoke about the decision of Khabib Nurmagomedov to end his career.

“This is a smart move on his part as he doesn't like to fight. Therefore, I also do not want to fight in the lightweight division. Is this a champion? Why did he run away if he likes to fight? Because he considers himself superior to the rest? Most likely he will return. He just wants to be begged to do it,” Diaz told ESPN.

Last October Nurmagomedov defeated Justin Gaethje and announced his retirement. Nevertheless, the Russian remains the UFC lightweight champion and leader of the P4P rankings.
