McGregor vs Poirier: Predictions from Volkov's coach

Taras Kiyashko, the coach of UFC heavyweight Alexander Volkov, gave his prediction for the upcoming fight of Conor McGregor and Dustin Poirier.

“Conor didn’t stand still, there will be something new. But the fight will be more competitive, because Poirier has become more experienced, passed a bunch of rivals, he grew up. Plus the desire to win, the belt is on the horizon - I don't think Poirier will bend as psychologically as before their first fight. But Conor is a favorite. I am impressed by the way he fights, his power, skills and extraordinary movements. The way he builds the game for himself,” the coach said.

The fight will take place on January 24 and will lead the 254th UFC tournament.
