Campbell: Garcia has a great future ahead of him

Luke Campbell (20-4, 16 KOs) in his professional career met with such stars as Vasyl Lomachenko and Jorge Linares, but only Ryan Garcia (21-0, 18 KOs) managed to defeat the talented Briton by stoppage. The 2012 Olympic gold medalist praised his 22-year-old winner after the fight.

“Respect to him, great job! He has a great future ahead of him and I wish him all the best,” Campbell said after losing to Garcia. “I've never been so hurt. I wanted to get up, but I couldn't."

Ryan Garcia challenged WBA champion Gervonta Davis (24-0, 23 KOs) after the win, but his confrontation with WBC title holder Devin Haney (25-0, 15 KOs) looks much more realistic.
