The fight of WBC and IBF light heavyweight champion Artur Beterbiev (15-0, 15 KOs) and Adam Deines (19-1-1, 10 KOs), which was scheduled for January 30 in Moscow, will be canceled.

The Russian got sick with coronavirus and was forced to refuse from the meeting. It is still unknown whether the fight will take place on another day or will be canceled completely.

For Beterbiev, who defeated Alexander Gvozdyk in a unification bout in October 2019, the January performance was supposed to be his first defense of two championship trophies.
