Joshua (23-1, 21 KOs) was 240.8 pounds, nearly four pounds heavier than when he weighed 237 pounds in his regaining effort over Andy Ruiz last December in Diriyah, Saudi Arabia. Bulgaria’s Pulev (28-1, 14 KOs) weighed 239.7 pounds, nearly nine pounds lighter than when he weighed in a 10-round win over Rydell Booker last November in Fresno, California.
