Mayer and Joseph make weight

Member of the 2016 US Olympic team Michaela Meyer (12-0, 5 KOs) and her opponent Helen Joseph of Nigeria took part in the official weigh-in procedure on the eve of their 10-round super featherweight bout, which will be the main event of the evening at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas.

Mayer was 131.6 pounds and Joseph was 129 pounds.

Boxing evening in the United States will be broadcast on ESPN with a start at 8 pm ET.
