Khabib asks everyone to train and be kinder

The current UFC lightweight champion Khabib Nurmagomedov has uploaded a video of his boxing training to the social media. The fighter urged his followers to train and be kinder, noting that physical activity reduce aggression.

“Training relieves stress and aggression very well. Train and be kinder,” Khabib wrote.

On September 19 Nurmagomedov will have to fight against interim UFC lightweight champion Justin Gaethje. This fight will take place on Fight Island in Abu Dhabi and will lead the 253rd UFC tournament.

The UFC Fight Island is located on Yas Island in Abu Dhabi. In July UFC promotion plans to hold 4 tournaments there.
