UFC light heavyweight champion Jon Jones once again stated that he did not intend to fight until the promotion to begin paying decent purses. He also added that he was ready to sit for 2-3 years without fighting if necessary, but he would not fight for a penny.

“I'm not interested in fighting under the UFC banner until they start paying me as much as I want...” Jones said.

Earlier “Bones” said that he was ending his career and leaving the championship belt vacant. And he also added that he would return next year only for the sake of a big and money battle.
