Eddie Hearn announced that the fight of Anthony Joshua (23-1, 21 KOs) and Kubrat Pulev (28-1, 14 KOs) will be held in November. The head of the Matchroom Boxing still does not exclude the possibility that the audience will have to wait for this fight until December, but this can only be caused by the health problems of the Briton who recently suffered a knee injury.

“This is not an injury that will distract Joshua for months, or threaten his career. If he doesn’t run or swing his legs for several weeks, he will return to training in August,” Hearn said.

It is not yet known where Anthony Joshua's next bout will take place. The Englishman demands a duel in front of his audience, but is not yet sure whether it will be possible to organize sporting events on the British Isles this year due to an outbreak of coronavirus.

There are many proposals for organizing a duel for the IBF, WBA and WBO championship belts. The proposals came, among other things, from Saudi Arabia and China. Kubrat Pulev has already announced that he will donate half of his purse for this performance for the battle against coronavirus in Bulgaria. This should be about 1.5 million euros.
