Back in March, Tyson Fury (30-0-1, 21 KOs) announced that he was going to hold three more fights and hang up gloves. Now the Briton has changed his mind and announces that he will fight for the next 10 years.
“I will fight until my 40th anniversary. I’ve been thinking about this recently and realized that I have nothing more to do,” Fury said.
“I do not see anyone who could threaten me, one way or another. In my last fight, I defeated the previous number one, the most dangerous of the rivals,” the 31-year-old athlete said, who in February stopped Deontay Wilder.
In his next performance, Fury must cross gloves with Wilder for the third time. This is due to the contract signed by the boxers before their last fight. At the same time, preliminary negotiations are underway on a possible duel of Fury and Anthony Joshua.
