Mike Tyson said that in recent days, he began to regularly train in the gym. The former world heavyweight champion plans to appear in several fights, the proceeds of which will be directed to charity.

“I train, try to get in a shape that will allow me to enter the ring. I did a good job, and I really felt how my whole body ached. I’m in pain, I feel like three guys kicked the sh-t out of me,” Tyson said.

“I want to get in shape to be able to conduct three or four rounds for charities. Some charity exhibitions bring money, help homeless and sick drug addicts like me.”

“I do two hours of cardio, spin a bike and run the treadmill for an hour, then do exercises with light weights, 300, 250 repetitions. Then I start boxing, go to the gym and work on the bag, 30 minutes, 25 minutes. I’m starting to remember combinations,” Tyson said.

The youngest man in history to capture a heavyweight title, Tyson had his last fight in 2005, when he lost by TKO to Kevin McBride. In 2011, Tyson was inducted in the International Boxing Hall of Fame.
