Saul Alvarez announces the end date of his career

Saul Alvarez announced that he would end his career at the age of 37. The world champion in four weight categories will turn 30 in July. “Boxing is my life. My body is now asking me to be a warrior. I do not stop training because I love boxing,” Canelo said.

"I will fight until the age of 36, a maximum of 37. This is the ideal age to complete a sporting career," the Mexican added.

In 2018, Saul Alvarez signed a record contract with DAZN platform. The deal for 365 million dollars is calculated until 2023. Last time Canelo fought in November.
