Spence was "intoxicated" at the time of the accident?

According to US media, Errol Spence, Jr. (26-0, 21 KOs), who was in a heavy car crash in Dallas last week, when driving his Ferrari at high speed, can be charged with driving under the influence.

Spence is currently in the hospital. In spite of the terrible accident, the undefeated American escaped bone fractures. Apparently, he has only his face damaged and there is a chance that he will fully recover.
