Smith breaks his hand in Gustafsson fight

At UFC Fight Night 153 Anthony Smith stopped Alexander Gustafsson by a rear naked choke in the fourth round. As it turned out, a victory was marred by injury. Smith broke his hand in this bout. On Wednesday he will undergo a surgery. According to preliminary data, the recovery period after such injury will be at least four months.

Smith vs Gustafsson fight was the main event of UFC Fight Night 153. After this fight Gustafsson decided to end his career.
