Hearn: Joshua's revenge on Ruiz will be sweet

Boxing promoter Eddie Hearn suffered a serious shock, when his now former heavyweight champion Anthony Joshua (22-1, 21 KOs) lost WBA, WBO and IBF belts on Saturday to Andy Ruiz Jr. (33-1, 22 KOs). However, the head of promotional organizations Matchroom Boxing is convinced that his ward will soon regain old trophies.

"It went well, but from the beginning I said I wanted to give the fans an evening they will remember for a long time. Unfortunately, it will also be remembered as the evening of shocking defeat," he said after the fight of AJ.

"But that's all right, revenge will be sweet, and trust me, so be it," said Hearn, who would like to arrange a rematch with Joshua Ruiz Jr. at the end of November or early in December in the UK.
