MMA fighter, former One promotion champion Ben Askren failed to cope with Olympic wrestling champion Jordan Burroughs. The fight by the rules of wrestling took place in New York (USA) at the Beat the Streets tournament, reports ESPN.

Throughout the bout, Burroughs dominated. As a result, the American wrestler won ahead of time with a score of 11:0.

Askren after the transition to UFC has repeatedly stressed the force in the wrestling. In particular, Ben claimed that he would be able to successfully confront the Russian Khabib Nurmagomedov and defeat him.

In UFC Askren had only one fight and won. Ben's next opponent will be Jorge Masvidal. Rivals will meet at the UFC 239 tournament, which is scheduled for July 6 in Las Vegas.
