Andy Ruiz Jr. agrees to fight Anthony Joshua

According to the ‘industry sources’, former challenger for world heavyweight title Andy Ruiz Jr. agreed to all the conditions for a fight with the IBF, WBA and WBO champion Anthony Joshua. The fight is scheduled for June 1 in New York on DAZN stream platform. One of the contenders for a meeting with Joshua was Michael Hunter, whose only professional defeat that received in a fight with Oleksander Usyk.

Joshua had to look for a new opponent after the former rival Jarrell Miller failed three doping tests at once before the fight.

A little earlier promoter Eddie Hearn said that the official announcement of the new rival Joshua will be held on Tuesday.
