Former UFC champion Conor MacGregor is deprived of his driver’s license for six months for speeding, and is also fined for 1,000 euros. Last Wednesday, McGregor was charged with speeding, driving without license, and refusing to present his license to a police officer in the District Court of Nays County in Ireland.

Conor pleaded guilty. He was driving a Range Rover at a speed of 154 km/h in the zone with a speed of up to 100 km/h. The remaining charges from the Irish fighter were dropped after he presented the driver’s license.

“I didn't realize that I was going so fast,” said McGregor.

During the trial, it turned out that over the past 10 years, Conor had violated the rules on the road 12 times. Among the violations are speeding, talking on the phone while driving, driving in a bus lane and driving through a red light.
