Lamas finishes Elkins (video)

The former UFC featherweight title contender Ricardo Lamas successfully returned to winning streak, having scored an early victory over Darren Elkins in the UFC Fight Night 140 tournament.

The fighters started without intelligence and acted very bravely, but Elkins was more accurate and managed to deliver more blows. In the second round Lamas infused the pace of the fight, connecting with the kicks and successful transfers to the ground. Toward the end of the five minutes, Lamas began to smash Elkins with a variety of strikes in the rack, but failed to finish the hurt opponent.

The outcome occurred at the end of the third round, when Lamas managed to make a transfer to the ground and to put an end to this fight with the hardest blows.
