Jay Deas, one of the managers and coaches of the WBC heavyweight champion Deontay Wilder, suggested that Anthony Joshua's side is doing everything to ensure that the fight between Wilder and Joshua does not take place.

"There is no doubt that Deontay made concessions every time it was possible. They offered us too low purse for the fight, the fixed fee was not distributed in percentage terms, they wanted a fight in England, but not in America and in every way pulled with an answer to our requests. It feels like they did everything to prevent the fight. We offered them the biggest fee in the history of heavyweight, and they refused," Deas said.
