Former cruiserweight title contender Andrzej Fonfara (30-5, 18 KOs) won a TKO victory in the sixth round over Ismayl Sillah (25-6, 19 KOs) in a fight that was the main event of the boxing evening in Warsaw, Poland. After the first careful round, Sillah went ahead in the second, and was able to cut the left eye brow of Fonfara, but at the end of the round he was knocked down. Yet Sillah signaled to the referee that his opponent had pushed him.

Later, Fonfara had a certain advantage, but Sillah also acted quite aggressively and sometimes landed clear punches. In the sixth round, Sillah once again stood with his back against the ropes, and Fonfara attacked him with a multi-punches series, some of which went through the defense of the Ukrainian, and the referee decided to stop the fight at 2:14.
