Sanchez: Usyk’s injury? I am glad that the fight was postponed

Abel Sanchez, the coach of the WBA and IBF cruiserweight champion Murat Gassiev is glad that the WBSS final against Olexandr Usyk was postponed.

"The fight should happen at the end of July, but I do not think that they decided on the venue. Usyk’s injury? I'm glad that the fight was rescheduled and we will defeat his best. He is an Olympic champion, this is the guy who won the belt in nine fights, he is very good. We want to spend 12 rounds with him, Gassiev should fully open up during this time," Sanchez said.

The final battle between Usyk and Gassiev was scheduled for May, but was postponed because of a Olexandr hand injury.
