According to ESPN, the second season of the World Boxing Super Series (WBSS) will be in the super lightweights and the bantamweights. However, in the second season there may be a third weight, but the probability of this remains unconfirmed.

Regis Progreys, Ryan Martin, Kiril Reilikh and mandatory contender for his title Eduard Troyanovsky, who will meet in the quarterfinals, as well as Ivan Baranchyk and Anthony Yigit, who will also challenge the vacant world title in the quarter-finals, will take part in the tournament.

At least three world champions - Zolani Tete, Ryan Burnett and Emmanuel Rodriguez, who won the vacant title last weekend, will participate in the bantamweight tournament.
