The former UFC minimumweight champion Joanna Jedrzejczyk is returning to the Octagon at the UFC on Fox 30 tournament, scheduled for July 28 in Calgary, Canada. As informs ESPN referring to sources within the organization, the opponent of Jedrzejczyk will bec the American Tecia Torres.
Jedrzejczyk (14-2) last November sensationally lost the title by knockout to Rose Namajunas. UFC leadership gave Joanna an immediate rematch, but the meeting in April also ended for her by defeat - this time on points.
Torres (10-2) in February, interrupted the three-match winning streak, losing by the decision to Jessica Andrade.
