McGregor released on bail of 50 thousand dollars

UFC lightweight champion Conor McGregor was released from custody right from the courtroom. This morning, the Irishman was detained for attacking a bus with participants of UFC 223 tournament.

As a result of the incident, the windows on the bus were broken, and the fighters Michael Chiesa, Brandon Moreno and Rose Namajunas were injured.

The pledge for the Irishman was 50 thousand dollars. Sparring partner of McGregor, Cian Cowley paid $25,000 for release.

Now the 29-year-old fighter can fly to his native Dublin - his passport was not confiscated.
