Murata vs Blandamura on April 15 in Japan

WBA middleweight champion Ryota Murata (13-1, 10 KOs) from Japan will defend his title on April 15 in Yokohama against Emanuele Felice Blandamura (27-2, 5 KOs) of Italy. In case of victory, Murata will come back on July 14 in Las Vegas in the main event of the evening from Top Rank against the Brazilian Esquiva Falcao (19-0, 13 KOs). Murata and Falcao met in the finals of the 2012 Olympics, and then Japanese celebrated the victory.

The fight between Murata and Blandamura may be shown in the US on ESPN on the day of the fight early in the morning local time.
