UFC light heavyweight champion Daniel Cormier stressed that he considers himself a loser in the fight with Jon Jones. After the victory, Jones failed the doping test and the result of the fight was canceled.

"I believe that I lost to Jon Jones. I participated in this fight. Losing sucks. It is impossible to erase it from memory. I do not expect this from other people, I'm just being honest with myself. Many say that, given what happened, but the defeat was unfair. But I am who I am, and it was thanks to this that I became what I am today.

Now I must focus on Volkan Oezdemir. This is my goal at the moment. I have to make sure that I'm doing everything right to defeat my future rivals. I just need to throw Jones out of my head," said Cormier.
