Berinchyk gets his first title as a pro

Olympic silver medalist Denis Berinchyk (8-0, 5 KOs) won his first title in the pro career getting WBO Oriental lightweight belt with a KO win in the sixth round over Allan Vallespin (11-2, 8 KOs) of the Philippines.

In the fifth round Valleppin was knocked down when he clung to the Ukrainian's leg after receiving the left and dropped to the canvas. In the sixth round Vallespin collapsed from the left hook more theatrically and did not rise until the end of the count. The time was 1:56.
