Christian Hammer, who on December 15 in Yekaterinburg, Russia, will be the opponent of former world heavyweight champion Alexander Povetkin, said that without the help of doping the Russian does not have a chance of winning a battle with him.

"I had a good training, I feel confident in my victory, and otherwise why am I here? Everyone knows who Povetkin is, he is a legend, but I feel that now is my time, and his time is over. I will do my best to win. I have previously had strong rivals. I fought everywhere, it was never a problem for me to come to the opponent's playground. For example, I fought Tyson Fury, David Price in UK," Hammer said. "I know Povetkin's situations. If he now do not use dope, then he has no chance."

Povetkin reacted neutrally to such statements. "Ring will show everything. One can say anything," - said the Russian.
