Shlemenko is satisfied with Musashi fight appeals

A Russian mixed-style fighter Alexander Shlemenko tells that he has already achieved a lot by appealing the outcome of the battle with the Dutchman Gegard Musashi.

Shlemenko in October at the tournament Bellator 185 lost a unanimous decision to Musashi (28-29 on all judges cards). Shlemenko former Bellator champion filed appeals against the verdict.

"We are waiting for an answer on appeal, but this is not a fast procedure. As for expectations, they are also different. We appealed in two places, I will not say that we regard it as such that we will absolutely win. We have already done most of the things we wanted, we did not leave it all unattended," Shlemenko said.

"Perhaps in the future the judges will change their own rules. As for my next fight, I plan it early next year, but there is nothing specifics. My task is to return to the ring as quickly as possible and return to training," Shlemenko added.
