Former UFC flyweight champion Cody Garbrandt spoke out about the upcoming fight between current titleholder Sean O'Malley and Merab Dvalishvili.

"Let's be honest, O'Malley didn't beat Peter Yan. He was given that win. The fight with Sterling... I think Aljamain moved back to lightweight too quickly. Those transitions have taken a toll on him. The UFC wants champions to fight all the time.

I think the fight against Merab will be pretty interesting. Let's see how legitimate Shawn's title is. Will he be able to take a takedown? Can he go the whole distance in a dynamic fight?", - quotes the American MMA Mania.
