UFC lightweight division number four Arman Tsarukyan said he expects to surpass the achievements of former division champion Khabib Nurmagomedov.
"Right now Khabib is the greatest fighter in the lightweight division. But I think his record will be broken very soon. At the moment the highest potential is mine, as age is behind me. Islam Makhachev can defend the UFC title five, six, or seven times, but you never know what's going to happen. It's very hard to predict in MMA, it's a dangerous sport. I hope I will be the one to break all the records in the lightweight division," Tsarukyan said in an interview with Red Corner MMA.
Recall that Tsarukyan will fight against Charles Oliveira on April 13 at UFC 300.
