Julianna Peña, a former UFC champion, has called on the organization to introduce a women's BMF belt that men have.
"It pisses me off that only men have the BMF belt. I want a 'toughest mom' belt for myself! Two belts in one night - Pena vs. Pennington or vs. Kayla Harrison when Raquel withdraws due to injury. I don't really care. Let's not exclude women and moms from this conversation!" - wrote Peña on her social media.
Recall, the first holder of the BMF belt was welterweight Jorge Masvidal. Later this belt was seized by Justin Gaethje. At the 300th anniversary tournament of the promotion, which will be held on the night of April 14, Justin will defend this belt in a fight with Max Holloway.
