UFC head Dana White has announced that the promotion's top star Conor McGregor can fully focus on his return to mixed martial arts starting March 21.
According to the functionary, prior to this date, the former two-division champion of the organization was contractually bound to promote the movie "Road House" in which he played one of the roles.
"Right now he has a commitment to promote this movie. He is flying all over the world attending premieres. It's a commitment he has to fulfill. Once that's finalized, he can get back to full training, which means we can start talking about fights for Conor starting Thursday," Sports Illustrated quoted White as saying.
