Former UFC women's bantamweight champion Rose Namayunas, ahead of her bout with Amanda Ribas, talked about her plans to conquer two weight classes by the end of the year.
The fight between the American and the Brazilian will be the main event of UFC on ESPN 53, which will take place on March 23 in Las Vegas, USA.
"To become a two-division champion this year would be great. I know it's a very high bar and I know I've had some setbacks, so obviously I have to be realistic, but I believe it's possible and, God willing, that's what's going to happen. I just need to get my work done this weekend and that's what we're going to do," MMA Junkie quoted Namajunas as saying.
