Della Maddalena wants to fight Rakhmonov in August

UFC welterweight Jack Della Maddalena again touched on the topic of a possible fight with the same top welterweight division Shavkat Rakhmonov. Jack stated that he would be ready to fight "Nomad" this August.

"I think I'll be ready to come back in early August. With Rakhmonov we can have a high-profile challenger fight. I will finish him and shock the whole world by doing so," Sportskeeda quoted Maddalena as saying.

Earlier, Della Maddalena and Rakhmonov had already briefly discussed their potential fight, reaching an agreement.

Recall, in his last fight, Della Maddalena won by knockout against Gilbert Burns. It later became known that he broke his hand during the fight.
