UFC lightweight ranking number four Arman Tsarukyan admitted that he dreams of one day sharing the octagon with the promotion's former two-division champion Conor McGregor.
"I think everybody wants to see Conor McGregor come back because he's a superstar. Even me. I hope when I become champion, he will still fight and we will meet. One day," Tsarukyan said in an interview with The Schmo.
Recall that Tsarukyan will share the octagon with former lightweight champion Charles Oliveira on April 13 as part of the UFC 300 anniversary event.
As for McGregor, he hasn't competed since July 2021, when he suffered a TKO loss to Dustin Puryear. In that fight, the Irishman suffered a severe leg fracture.
