Sean O'Malley, the reigning UFC lightweight champion, talked about how his priorities in life have drastically changed since winning the title.
"When I first started fighting, I didn't think I was going to be a role model. I wanted to make money, pick up chicks and be famous. But now I want to inspire people. I want them to think, 'Damn it, I can accomplish anything if I put in the effort,'" O'Malley told ESPN MMA.
As a reminder, Sean O'Malley will have his next fight on March 10. Within the main event of UFC 299 he will meet in the octagon in a rematch with Marlon Vera.
