"Forget about Haney". Hearn is concerned about Garcia's behavior

Famous British promoter Eddie Hearn said he is worried about Ryan Garcia because of his behavior at the press conference for his fight against Devin Haynie.

"To be honest, Garcia didn't sound like himself at the press conference. I think I've been around a lot of people and fighters going through these issues. I've never made the mistake of thinking to myself: "This person has issues."

I don't think Garcia's team will mind me talking about it because it's a valuable lesson. One such story happened with Scott Fitzgerald and another with Austin Williams. Fortunately, they all did extremely well when they found themselves on the other side of that life. I saw it happen to Austin, I saw it happen to Scott. They've been in very different situations, but I think I can see that with Ryan as well, and I'm concerned about that.

Forget about the fight with Haney. I hope Ryan gets the fight, but he really needs to go to training camp. I'm worried about the people around him. I'm not even in charge of him, but I've seen him the last few days. Certainly Garcia was acting weird at the press conference and that behavior is coming from somewhere," Hearn said.
